As the Assistant Principal of Wellbeing and Engagement at Willmott Park Primary School I feel very privileged to have this role. I am committed and passionate about wellbeing and ensuring that we are providing all students with a caring, inclusive and supportive environment, where they feel safe, participation is valued, their views are respected, their voices are heard and they are nurtured to become confident and resilient individuals.
By collaborating with all staff, we ensure that our students are engaged and accessing a range of experiences. This builds on their skills, knowledge and confidence, whilst giving them many diverse opportunities. It also ensures that they can achieve success and reach their full potential. I work closely with many families through a developed mutual trust and respect. Together we collaborate to ensure that the individual needs of their child are addressed, supports are in place and that we have a ‘whole child’ approach to wellbeing.
